We are looking for an Import/ Export Coordinator for Logistics and Distribution Supplier in Miami, United States.
USD50000 – USD55000 per annum
Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on desk-level office operations experience in a freight forwarding company
- Must be detail-oriented, thorough, have a sense of urgency, and accurate with good problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of domestic and international geography including countries and major cities/ports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent English)
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to multitask and be a self-starter
- Proficient (intermediate level) in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with air/ocean imports and/or exports documentation and coordination l in a freight forwarding company is necessary
- Freight Forwarding Export: 3 years (Required)
