Import Agent

We are looking for an Import Agent for an immediate start, permanent role in Chicago, Illinois.

USD45000 – USD52000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air import shipments end-to-end
• Manage data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Foster customer relations, work directly with customers on quoting rates, booking entries, etc
• Maintain open line of communication with international agency network
• Use strong problem resolution skills to provide an elite level of customer care

Qualifications

• Self-motivated quick learner who can function in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and provide support wherever needed Team player
• Positive and reliable, with demonstrated history of high performance and success
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
