Responsibilities
- Coordinate air import shipments end-to-end
- Manage data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Foster customer relations, work directly with customers on quoting rates, booking entries, etc
- Maintain open line of communication with international agency network
- Use strong problem resolution skills to provide an elite level of customer care
